Following a break in June 2024, The Stanza will host an evening of spoken word poetry and live music at North Shields & District Men’s Catholic Club, Cecil Street, North Shields NE29 0DQ on Wednesday 31st July 2024. Entry to the event is free as part of The Stanza’s commitment to ensure accessibility of arts and culture events to inhabitants of North-East England. Doors will open by 7pm with a scheduled start for 7:30pm.
The event will be headlined by some of the leading voices in the North-East literary scene. The double act of Aaron Wright and Erasmus Croc, Kirsty Hall, Francis David, and Lanre Sonde will mesmerize the audience in what promises to be a wonderful evening for the arts and culture scene.
Terry Gorman will perform on the night to serenade music lovers in what promises to be a night of great entertainment.
